Rococo Rock
By far one of my favorite Ghesquiere for Balenciaga collections - Spring 06. Theme: Rococo Rock. Illuminated mannequin's emphasize the ethereal and somehow hauntingly perfect pieces. Shot by Nick Knight for Pop Magazine - collectors pieces? I think so.

They really are sublime (a word I rarely use, it sounds so contrived, but I find it fitting here). I can see the designs in the V&A already. Sabine x
